Here at Double Echo, we take pride in the design and forms of ice in our hotel. There is always changes happening throughout the hotel and making sure the hotel is stable for residents to stay at. We are always trying to expand our hotel so there is more places for people to stay. Some of the best ice sculpters helped to build the hotel to what it is today.
But who would want to stay in a ice hotel! We actually make sure that ever resident is comfortable when they stay with us. Making sure each room has a mini chimney and the beds can be warmed up as well. Of course you will still have to make sure you dress for the weather.
There are many things you can do well when you stay with us. Adults can make a stop at our ice bar for a drink, while the kids can go skating at our ice rink and playground. For families or anyone, can go a take a trip to the ski slopes! There is fun for all ages!
The Objective
There were many pros and cons that were gone through when trying to formulate the perfect way to draw people in. Since trying to get people to stay at an ice hotel is no easy fleet, when coming up with the concept I decided to give a warm feeling to it the project. Though I still wanted to incorporate the ice formations since these can be very beautiful to try and draw people in more when they come to the hotel. From this, it when in on just making sure that everything was cohesive and worked well with each other and getting the message as to what the hotel is supposed to be.
The Solution
Creating a hotel is a fleet in itself, but doing it for more of a funky and out there hotel can be tougher to draw the people it. Especially when it’s an ice hotel that you are trying to get people to stay at. But with this, it was creating everything that was inside of the hotel room that they would normally get in a hotel when you stay the night. Trying to give them a functional and fun look that people would enjoy looking at and still stay with the brand of the hotel.
